Jeff highlights the importance of gross margin for any business, and how the greater the gross margin the more revenue that can be allocated to R&D or other areas to, in turn, grow the business. Quali would act as an AI Agent GPT that is able to store files, amended documents and more, while also being able to do the amending or creating of documents. Jeff’s goal is efficiency.
